Calling all Industry Professionals!
We are gearing up for the 2025 Baja SAE Collegiate Design Series, and we need your help to make the Virtual Business Presentation (BP) a success! This is a fantastic opportunity to share your expertise, support talented student teams, and get involved in an innovative and educational event.
We’re looking for volunteers from the fields of Design, Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales/Marketing to evaluate and mentor student teams in a hybrid format. Your role as a judge will help students refine their business strategies and present their designs in a real-world, virtual environment.
Date: Thursday March 13, 2025
Time: 11 AM – 6 PM EST / 10 AM – 5 PM CST / 9 AM – 4 PM MST / 8 AM – 3 PM PST
Why Volunteer?

How It Works:
- Teams submit a presentation packet.
- The top teams present virtually (this is where we need YOU!)
- Based on virtual scores, the best teams move on to the in-person BP Finals at various locations throughout the year.
